- You are a candidate sharing personal information to explore career opportunities through our platform.
- You have subscribed to our newsletter.
a. Companies Filling Out Job Opening Forms
When companies submit information about job openings, we collect and process the following data:
- Job details (e.g., job title, job description, location, requirements)
- Contact details (e.g., name, email, phone number)
b. Candidates Sharing Their Information
Candidates submit their personal data through our online form to be considered for opportunities with asset management firms. The following data is collected and processed:
- Name (first and last name)
- Contact information (email address, phone number)
- CV and resume details (e.g., skills, experience, work history)
- Residency status and work permit details (if applicable)
c. Newsletter Sign-Up
Candidates and other interested parties can sign up separately for our newsletter. We collect:
- Name (first and last name)
- Email address
2. Why We Need the Data
Amplify Professionals processes personal data for the following purposes:
- Job Matching: To connect candidates with job opportunities at asset management firms.
- Communication: To inform companies and candidates about job opportunities or any relevant updates.
- Newsletter: To send periodic newsletters to candidates or clients who have opted in.
- Legal and Regulatory Compliance: To ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
We also use Google Analytics for anonymous data analysis to improve website performance.
3. How Long We Keep the Data
Amplify Professionals retains personal data for up to 5 years. After this period, we will contact candidates and companies to confirm whether their data is still accurate and if they wish to remain in our database. If individuals choose not to remain, their data will be removed as quickly as possible.
4. Sharing with Third Parties
Amplify Professionals does not share your personal data with third parties, except for the following necessary functions:
- Google Analytics: Used solely to track website performance (no personal data is shared).
- ClickUp CRM: Stores personal data submitted through our forms. Access to this data is restricted to company partners.
No data is transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
5. View, Adjust, or Delete Data
You have the right to view, correct, or request the deletion of your personal data. You can make this request by emailing info@amplifyprofessionals.com.
To verify your identity, we may ask you to confirm the email address used during registration. We aim to respond to all requests as quickly as possible and within two working days.

Amplify Professionals takes the protection of your personal data seriously. We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse of your data. Your data is stored in ClickUp and Google Drive, both of which are accessible only by partners of the company.

We do not collect sensitive personal data except for:
- Work permit status: Some asset management firms may require candidates to already have a valid work permit. We take this requirement into account when processing candidate applications.
- Experience and Skills: Relevant to candidate placement and job matching.

Amplify Professionals reserves the right to make changes to this privacy statement if necessary. Any updates will be communicated via email. Please review the privacy policy periodically to stay informed of any changes. The date of the last modification is always listed at the top of this document.
